Under the theme ‘Making Europe a safer place: demonstrating the impact of EU‑funded security research’, DANTE has been presented to the Security Research Event (SRE) 2018, which was held in Brussels last 5th-6th December.
The project had the opportunity to demonstrate how it detects, retrieves, and analyses huge amounts of heterogeneous and complex multimedia and multi-language terrorist-related contents from both the Surface and the Deep Web, including the Dark Nets.
DANTE had exhibited its results and progresses with the support of a stand: stakeholders and potential end-users stood by to ask information and to know more about the project. Moreover, the project has been presented in front of researchers, industry representatives, public security providers and practitioners as well as a large number of policymakers from across Europe gathered by the international conference.
